After the buyer and seller have entered
into a purchase and sale agreement, they
have entered into a major contract. This
contract offered both parties specific rights
and responsibilities. However, despite the
parties best intentions, sometimes things
do not go as planned. Sometimes a party
changes their mind, or something happens

under the Purchase and Sale Agreement. If
a Buyer fails to perform as required by
the Purchase and Sale Agreement, oftentimes
the seller is entitled to keep the deposit.
